How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is per school, based on your active student count. Essential covers up to 500 students at a flat monthly rate, Growth covers 500–1,200, and anything above 1,200 (or a multi-branch chain) gets a tailored quote.
Are there setup fees?
No mandatory setup fee on Essential or Growth. Enterprise & Chain may include onboarding assistance, which we'll outline in your quote.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. As your student count grows we move you to the right plan — your data stays exactly where it is.
What about WhatsApp/SMS costs?
Each plan includes a monthly messaging quota. Additional messaging is billed at cost — we don't mark it up.
